Chromaflair is a compact home office and bathroom renovation inside one of the penthouses at 56 Leonard Street, some 60 stories above the sidewalk.

At the center of the office is a DM-designed mercurial desk that hugs the building’s structural column to make the most of the small space. The desk is made of smoked glass and aluminum with a chroma flair automative finish that changes colors depending on the viewing angle.

The attached bathroom is finished in white/green marble and blue glass in a geometric pattern that expands the small, enclosed space.
